SkillEnchant.ini
PURPOSE
Controls the custom Enchant Skill NPC and its availability by server type.
MAIN SETTINGS
• Enable on PvP server.
• Enable on Low-Rate server.
• NPC spawn availability.
• Skill-enchant access behavior.
HOW TO CHANGE
1. Open SkillEnchant.ini.
2. Enable the NPC for the required server type.
3. Save the configuration.
4. Restart GameServer.
5. Check that the NPC is visible in Giran and that valid skills can be enchanted.
If the NPC is visible but the server reports that a skill cannot be enchanted, verify the skill enchant data separately; the NPC enable setting does not create missing enchant routes.
